Only BLU is the largest under ocean restaurant in the Maldives. As you descend 6.8 meters below sea level, an open kitchen showcases our chefs’ artistry in an inviting display. A welcome glass of sparkling wine and canapes are served on arrival.
Choose from seafood and fish, meat and poultry, or vegetarian fare, all paired with red and white wines. Service is discreet, with appetisers, mains and desserts stacked in rantangs (wooden stands) – so you can focus completely on savouring the flavours and soaking in the spellbinding marine show.
