Yes, OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi is a family friendly resort. In the Maldivian language of Dhivehi, ‘Aila’ means family and ‘Fushi’ means island. It is in essence the Family Island. Our resort offers one of the largest Kids Club in the Maldives with a pool, a top-level for older kids with PlayStation and Xbox, and a lower deck for younger kids. A dedicated food corner serves popular and easy to eat dishes, like pastas, pizzas, and cakes.
Ailafushi island is 566 meters long and 180 meters wide, with a water villa jetty. It is connected to the neighbouring island – OBLU SELECT Lobigili by a 270m long jetty.
The speedboat transfer is available 24 hours a day and scheduled according to the guests’ flight arrivals.
The resort is reachable by 15 minutes speedboat ride from Velana International Airport.
Yes, a maximum of 3 people can occupy the room except for the two-bedroom Ocean View Family Room which can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Special prices are applicable for extra adults and children.
From age 0-4.99 years is considered an infant and 5 – 11.99 years are considered a child.
All our Ocean View Family Rooms are 2-bedroom interconnecting rooms with a separate bedroom for children.

No, we do not have villas with private pools at OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi. The X360 Bar offers a 1000 sqm infinity pool - one of the largest pools in the Maldives.
The Fushi Plan™ does not include any island hopping or guest excursions.
